It all begins with a sound.

I’ve spent over a decade working in advertising building brands and working remotely around the world since 2018. I love the creativity that comes with working in a fast paced industry but in 2020, burnout hit me hard. My nervous system was fried, and no amount of traditional therapy could pull me out of it. I tried everything—talk therapy, somatics, yoga, meditation. Some things helped, but nothing truly clicked.

Then, in 2023, I found sound baths—and everything changed.

I dove deep, studying with Ali Young at Chiang Mai Holistic in Thailand and meeting many other mentors during my travels. Through sound, I finally accessed a state of calm I hadn’t been able to reach for years. No overthinking, no forcing—just deep, effortless relaxation and clarity.

I want to help others like me—people who are overwhelmed, disconnected, or creatively blocked—find their way back to feeling calm, inspired, and truly themselves again.
